Ingredients
- 30 ounces frozen corn kernels, thawed (about 5 1/3 cups)
- 4 ounces nonfat cream cheese
- ½ cup reduced-fat sour cream
- ½ cup low-fat milk
- 1 ½ teaspoons sugar (Optional)
- ½ teaspoon salt
Directions
- Combine corn, cream cheese, sour cream, milk, sugar (if using) and salt in a 3 1/2-quart slow cooker. Cover and cook on Low, stirring halfway, until the casserole is creamy, about 4 hours.
